I have been focused on the Neanderthals as their Partial D status sounds like a strong possibility for an evolutionary stepping stone towards D negative blood today. We have also learned that Neanderthals had high levels of empathy. We have also learned that Neanderthals were great parents. In other words: The list of traits rare and almost only in Rh- individuals appears similar to that of Neanderthals. Female rights in Rh negative societies were a big one.
