With <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rhesusnegative.net\/staynegative\/topics\/where-is-rh-negative-blood-most-frequent\/scotland\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Scotland<\/a> not being an independent country, their high number of rh negatives impact the percentage.<br>\n2) Some believe that amongst the prisoners England located to Australia, a very high percentage was rh negative.<\/p>\n<p>But when we examine high percentages of rh negative people, the wisest approach would be to ignore national levels for the most part. <\/p>\n<p>Here is why:<br>\nWe are all a mix of ancient tribes and the closer we get to the source of each tribe, the easier it becomes for us to pinpoint which genetic ancestry is mostly responsible for rh negative blood.<\/p>\n<h4>The Basques<\/h4>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.rhesusnegative.net\/staynegative\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/basque-populations.png\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.rhesusnegative.net\/staynegative\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/basque-populations-300x201.png?resize=300%2C201\" alt=\"basque populations\" width=\"300\" height=\"201\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-342\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.rhesusnegative.net\/staynegative\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/basque-populations.png?resize=300%2C201&amp;ssl=1 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.rhesusnegative.net\/staynegative\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/basque-populations.png?w=1000&amp;ssl=1 1000w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>When talking about the people with the highest percentage of rh negatives, the Basque population keeps popping up as the number 1 group in the world.<\/p>\n<p>Reports indicate that depending on location, 21-43 percent have been the percentages of rh negatives amongst them.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.rhesusnegative.net\/staynegative\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/basque-rh-neg-population.gif\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.rhesusnegative.net\/staynegative\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/basque-rh-neg-population-218x300.gif?resize=218%2C300\" alt=\"basque rh neg population\" width=\"218\" height=\"300\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-332\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Another group often mentioned are the Berber tribes in the Atlas mountain region of Morocco.<br>\nOn a national average, <a href=\"https:\/\/ispub.com\/IJBA\/6\/1\/1425\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Moroccans are around 9 percent rh negative<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>But here is another claim:<\/p>\n<h4>The Berbers<\/h4>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.rhesusnegative.net\/staynegative\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/7bd9a817321ddc48b0cbd82aefcec011.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.rhesusnegative.net\/staynegative\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/7bd9a817321ddc48b0cbd82aefcec011.jpg?resize=236%2C177\" alt=\"7bd9a817321ddc48b0cbd82aefcec011\" width=\"236\" height=\"177\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-338\"><\/a><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>          <strong>The highest percentage is found among some of the tribes still living in the Atlas Mountains of Morocco (40%).<\/strong> The next highest are the Basques, reported in different publications as having 25 and 32%, depending on location. The people of northwest Ireland, the Highland Scots and the western islanders of Norway all have between 16 and 25%, while the Lapps of Norway and Finland have between 5 and 7%. In addition, Cavalli-Sforza reports two small isolated populations of the same tribe, one in Chad and another in Senegal, each with about 25%. On his map, he shows an Rh-negative population in Chad, still living near the formerly enormous Chad lake. Only part of this lake still exists on the spot where the boundaries of Chad, Niger, Nigeria and Cameroon meet. These people may originally have been the sailors on Chad lake. Could it be that this is the original location of the Rh-negative population that then moved to Morocco and Algiers to become the Berbers? Between 20 and a little bit over 30 percent of rh negatives can be expected in most of the extreme northern and western regions.
