The clinical, laboratory, imaging findings, and symptoms variation were investigated. All symptoms were observed highly in blood group O except for pharyngeal exudate observed in blood group A. The findings in the current study may have a clinical recommendation that individuals with blood group O might need to particularly strengthen their immunity and personal protection to reduce the chances of getting COVID-19 infection. The overall symptoms trends of hospitalized COVID-19 patients belonging to different blood groups varied nonsignificantly.
