According to Hardy Weinberg with x being 0.53, the frequency of rh negative people amongst that tiny part of the whole population would be 0.53² being 28% rh negative people.

b) Karaite jews are part of the ancient Karaite movement dating back possibly 2,000 years. What is the genetic make-up and who has this group mixed with? Some are assuming the Karaite movement mixed once with the Khazar upper class becoming Jewish in faith. These are areas further to be explored in order to use the data to paint an entire group with the same genetic brush.

2) Ancient Hebrews originate from Sumerians. So do the Basques

According to the Torah/Old Testament, Abraham/Avraham was born in Ur, a city in Sumer.
The genetic marker of the ancient Sumerians was around before the J2 (also called Jewish marker) evolved. That Sumerian haplogroup J is also the root of the arabic J1.

Looking at Basque burial sites from 5,000 years ago indicates that the further we go back, the higher the percentage of J variants. That is of course a strong indicator of a relationship between Hebrews and Basques.

3) Today´s Jewish populations are generally less rh neg than non-Jewish Europeans

While Europeans average 15-16% rh negatives, the Israeli population has around 10% rh negatives.

4) What was the data of ancient groups in terms of blood types?

We need ancient burial sites examined and histo-blood taken. Current populations are a mix of an exclusive ancient ancestry and whoever after 1,000s of years was mixed into the equation. On the male side, less than 1/3rd of the Jewish population carries the J2 marker indicating dillusion, yet the female line dates back to only 4 women.

The frequency of the Jewish marker J2 is high in several locations such as Ethiopia (18%) and islands in the Mediterranean.

One subject matter which keeps popping up is the assumed connection between rh negative blood and the ancient Hebrew population.
