The term may also refer to the descendants of the Yemenite Jewish community. Between June 1949 and September 1950, the overwhelming majority of Yemen&#8217;s Jewish population was transported to Israel in Operation Magic Carpet.<br \/><\/figcaption><\/figure><br \/>\nHere is one study:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>9.4 % of the blood samples were Rh-negative, as compared with the findings of the previous<br \/>\nstudy of 13.5 % amongst the Ashkenasi community, 12-3 yo for the Sephardic and 13.1 % for the<br \/>\nOriental community.
