I believe a large part of our rh negative ancestry consumed plenty of it and we often being anemic and B12 deficient may be a sign of not eating the way we are genetically predestined to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since many of you are vegetarian or vegan, this post is an addition pointing out one source of iron and in some cases vitamin B12 that is often overlooked:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Seaweed.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Seaweed<\/em>&nbsp;contains a wide range of vitamins and minerals, including iodine,&nbsp;<em>iron<\/em>, and calcium.
