So far, there is only one study I am aware of which was actually a claim made by Magden David Adom, that Rh negative frequencies in Israel are only around 10%.

A new article claims:

Only an estimated 15% of people in Israel have the required blood types, which are all rare, and MDA are appealing for those who can, to donate as soon as possible.
