The more I am learning about nutrition, the more I am in awe over the human body having to fight off toxins coming from all angles, while never sufficiently receiving all the nutrients it craves.

Cravings are what guides us as long as fresh and natural food options are provided.

If you crave something sweet, get some fruits. Your craving is there to ensure your vitamin intake is up to par.

Eat intuitively.

Try reducing toxic “options”.

Try fasting from time to time.

This is not about superhuman goals.

It is about patterns.

Replacing what doesn’t work on your behalf with what works better.

It’s a journey.

We all have different types of preferences as we have different ancestries and while all of us have a multitude of ancestries, certain ones are more dominant in dictating what types of foods work best for us.

This is not about forcing yourself into a lifestyle imitating someone else’s just because that person has a YouTube channel where he flexes and looks good, but much rather recognizing what you can do to release the energy you are born with.

If something works, stick with it.

Does drinking mineral water mixed with some orange juice do that for you?

I always tell people that everyone needs some time to himself, and combining that time with something physical can help reset your system if you will.

I am not talking about running a Marathon , unless that is what your body tends to respond well towards.

Nobody craves sitting at a desk 8 hours a day.

If swimming does it for you and you have access to it, do that.

If you like to walk barefoot through the grass or to a certain location…. You deserve the time it takes to do that.

Don’t force yourself to do that.

Fight for that time.

There must be something that you like to do.

Rh negatives are very adrenaline-driven.

We may not be that great at long-distance anything, but be able to grow above ourselves and apply ourselves intensely to something… and then deflate.

Compare yourself to nobody.

Do something you like and if you cannot think of something, remember what you used to like doing.

If using shampoo irritates your skin, don’t assume you are too sensitive… just use organic soap.

Is there a law demanding the use of shampoo for your hair?

So many people have lost connection to their true nature and then try to regain “individualism” by getting piercings,.blue hair or tattoos (highly toxic btw.).

Just be.

Distancing yourself from the unhealthy patterns and energies of others is a must.

We are the canaries in the coalmine.

Whatever is bad, Rh negatives often recognize first.

So, don’t be a follower of those who lost their ways.

Don’t try to prove anything either.

You don’t have to.
