Do Rh(D) negative individuals carry resistance to the #coronavirus?

We are still waiting for data.

It is possible, but don’t depend on it.

We are less likely to get the flu, but some still get it. It is possible we are immune to some diseases, but also that we are more likely to carry certain genes due to ancestry common among rh negatives.

Rh(D) negative individuals could be more resistant to infections of viral origin which does apply here, but remember:

We can get HIV/AIDS.

We are less likely to get it, but we are not immune.
