The Rh Negative Diet: More Protein – Less Carbs

Compromising when it comes to food is something I don’t deal with well.

Everyone has different cravings for a reason.

Usually, whatever people wind up agreeing on are low-quality foods that taste good due to additives, not actual ingredients.

I frequently discourage making weight loss a goal as oftentimes, it leads people to become deficient in certain vitamins, minerals and protein.

This post is for entertainment purposes only and to be taken as my opinion only and not advice.

Why is there a need for us to have variety of foods in every meal?

Why is breakfast supposedly so important?

Look:

Chances are you eat far too many carbs.

Why?

Many are saving money by buying low quality food items.

Then they spend the money saved on cigarettes and alcohol.

Bad food is big business.

Good food is harder to find.

It has also become sort of a joke where people almost brag about eating badly.

As I have often mentioned, I come from the generation of absent parents where people in their adulthood continue bragging about being bad really wanting a parental figure to correct them…

just to break their rules to get attention.

My advice is not to lend such people your time.

We all need people to catch us from time to time and dead weight doesn’t do that.

Being an Rh negative, there is a strong chance you might react stronger to bad food than most do.

Being Rh negative, you might also become annoyed by eating healthy becoming so much more work.

Being Rh negative, self-destructive energy of others might also affect you badly.

Bad advice is easy to come by.

If you have good advice, don’t be greedy with it.

Those who visit this blog tend to have a craving for real answers and don’t usually view such as a game.
