While there is a long list of common uncommon occurrences in rh negative individuals, central heterochromia is one that needs to be closer examined.
Many may believe that they don’t have it, even though they do.
Having central heterochromia, you display several eye colors from different ancestors in one eye .
This becomes less visible when most if not all of your ancestors had the same or similar eye colors.
Many of you have previously stated your eye color as hazel and have since come to realize that central heterochromia is indeed what you have.
If in doubt, think about what your 4 grandparents’ eye colors are/were.
Are they all quite similar?
Having different shades of brown or different shades of blue still displays eye colors from different ancestors, even though less obvious than in someone with a wider range within their ancestry such as light blue to brown.
This seems to be common in other traits where we don’t only display the dominant trait, but recessive ones as well showing up in different hair colors on our bodies for example.
