What is synchronicity?

And how can you recognize and explain synchronicity?

Synchronicity is something you can only try to explain. There are “official” descriptions that somewhat narrow it down, but in essence, it is one of those things where someone rings a bell and your mind immediately shifts towards the inexplicable experiences you yourself have made or you will likely just stand there with a blank look wondering if the person telling you about it is all there.

Synchronicity is a concept first introduced by analytical psychologist Carl G. Jung “to describe circumstances that appear meaningfully related yet lack a causal connection.

You cannot recognize synchronicity without intuition, unless someone in touch with the reality of it guides you towards recognizing it.

At the same time, there are also intuitive individuals who allowed themselves to be convinced to abandon their own inner voice.

In a nutshell, here is the title of my video that I have chosen based on what I consider a good way to put it:

Synchronicity is the movie and intuition your antenna.

„Well, I was sitting opposite of her one day, with my back to the window, listening to her flow of rhetoric. She had an impressive dream the night before, in which someone had given her a golden scarab-a costly piece of jewellery. While she was still telling me this dream, I heard something behind me gently tapping on the window. I turned round and saw that it was a fairly large flying insect that was knocking against the window from outside in the obvious effort to get into the dark room. This seemed to me very strange. I opened the window and immediately and caught the insect in the air as it flew in. It was a scarabaeid beetle, or common rose-chafer, whose gold-green color most nearly resembles that of a golden scarab. I handed the beetle to my patient with the words “Here is your scarab.”“

– Carl Jung

Strangely, shortly after having read this the same day, this image and description were what I came across on Reddit:

Winged Scarab Pendant of Tutankhamun 2100- 1700 B.C

Even though this “event” seems minor, I cannot dismiss it as insignificant.
