We are not “sick people”. In ideal conditions, we might be better off health wise than most. It is a socially accepted norm to label some as too sensitive. Medicine is meant to be about finding solutions for the weak. It has turned into consumer’s choices by masses targeting masses.

We are canaries in the coalmine. If we react poorly to something, others might be best off paying attention.

Allergies are not necessarily something bad as the often serve as signs our bodies send to let us know to stop consuming what doesn’t suit us.
