People with blood types A and B may have higher risks for developing dangerous blood clots compared to people who have type O blood.

    As A- blood type, A blood is the universal group for platelet donations, what with having sticky blood. Female, thin, difficult to take blood and with higher risks of some cancers, I’d rather have O neg any day. Lots of natural foods out there to thin blood and keep it circulating – I feel the cold as does my DD sharing the same blood group as me. Cardiovascular exercise helps with blood flow although this blood group has higher levels of cortisol at base level. Not a great combination.
