    For the last 2 years, I have been at least partially bed-ridden, since my two Pfizer covid jabs.

    MY INTUTION TOLD ME NOT TO GET THEM, as I tend to react badly to vaccines. But there was talk of not allowing anyone into banks or shops or anywhere else, unless you could show them a vaccination card. I didn’t know how I could possibly handle that so I went for the jab.

    My son is B+. He also had two Pfizer jabs and is just fine.

    I used to be lively and energetic. Now I feel as if my life is coming to a close. Half of my hair has fallen out but I won’t bore you with my endless list of complaints.

      Hello,
      I think I had long Covid and the way I dealt with it was to load up on vitamins and supplements.
      That said, be careful with them.
      I take a vitamin which has a lot more of the ingredients than most. One Daily – by Nature’s Lab.
      I also drink at least one “Energy drink” (Celsius or V8 ENERGY) usually later in the morning. After a couple of cups of coffee which is really mostly milk. About 1/5th coffee and 4/5ths milk.
      I can also get nausea if I have too much caffeine. So, the milk helps with that.
      Some days I can get by without a nap!
      I took a little extra magnesium and potassium, too.
