Why can your sweat smell like Ammonia?

Thank you for your comment.

What comes out of our bodies depends on what we allow in. Therefore, your comment about changing your approach towards health isn’t a surprise to me looking at how long it has been since the smell of Ammonia came from you.

According to Medical News Today:

Protein breaks down into amino acids, which the body converts into ammonia. The body then releases this ammonia through urine and sweat, which may produce an odor. Dehydration can also make the sweat smell like ammonia. This is because the body needs water to get rid of ammonia through sweat.

Acidic sweat may be more common and more intense in individuals with Rh negative blood types.

I used to think I was the only one before Googling it and reading feedback from individuals like yourself.

Inability to transport toxins out of our bodies compared to those carrying the Rh protein is a potential reason. Trusting nature is something some go by and others not. If we look at every sensitivity as a reasonable warning sign, then we will be guided towards health.

Please be aware that we are lacking serious studies. While so many studies in medical journals seem meaningless and repetitive, scientists shy back from anything they cannot fully explain.

Stress can be a huge factor, both directly and indirectly.

Let me say it like this:

How do you handle stress?

Do you calm yourself down with substances, be it meds, alcohol, cigarettes, worse or simply bad foods?
