Where should you get your ancestry tested?

As I have previously posted, Ancestry DNA only shares countries presumed your ancestors lived in.
23andme.com of course is one of the most popular if not THE most popular one.
But since I have seen disappointment in those who chose Ancestry DNA, I have decided to ask around and find out which other companies the people recommend who are in the know. The answer I’ve received so far:
“The companies that specialize in deep subclades are Ftdna and the new LivingDNA.”

    I’m rh negative and am actually a bit overwhelmed by all the traits I also have. What are the odds of my parents both being positive, give birth to me? I feel like a complete different species and have since a child.

    Hello, I have been deep diving into information on your blog (and YouTube) all day (I found out about you late last night). I have an A- blood type (both my my children are A- as well though I have no idea what blood type my husband is). I am 98% Northwestern European, includes 63.5% British & Irish. I had dark brown/reddish hair (which has now lightened a lot, greying, still with a slight red tint… I am thinking it has to do with a copper deficiency). I have a higher forehead and I have bright green eyes. I most definitely can sense when someone is lying to me. When I am happy, everyone is happy and when I am not – you can definitely tell (haha). I am definitely more sensitive and empathetic than anyone else I know. I have zero friends and hang out with family members the most. I have MANY food intolerances and am sensitive to fragrances (I also do not have a gallbladder, which only makes things worse). I only eat certain whole foods and I am experimenting with animal proteins (no red meats, trying out poultry/fish only). I have rid my body of a lot of toxins and have found that my eye color has brightened. Not to mention any excess weight is gone. 5’6″ @ 115lbs currently. I am currently 37 and people I.D. me all the time (even with the grey hair!) and have commented that I look so young. I have not ever been able to keep a job, not because I was not good at the jobs – but because they did not feel right. I enjoy being a mom, my children are just like me! they have super interests and if it is something else, they could care less. Both children have super hesitancy about attending school. So much that one of my kids homeschools. All I do is read and learn. I would absolutely love to chat with you further through email. It feels like I am on a constant health mission and to meet like minded people would also have a negative blood type would be very helpful. Thank you for your time (and for your blog!)

      I’m O- and have all these feelings of not belonging and am still looking for My Tribe at 49 yrs. young.
