How can rh negatives live healthier and happier lives?

Cut down on whatever works against you!

I have often expressed my conviction, that while there are predispositions working against us, ailments can also be self-inflicted.

Share some suggestions!

Awareness of predispositions isn’t useful if not followed by healthier changes in order to improve quality of lives.

I am counting on you to share some suggestions. Here are 7 random ones I’ve just had pop in my head proven to increase quality of life for all…

especially rh negatives:

  1. Cut down on carbs! Especially man-made products such as bread and pasta.
  2. Spend time at the ocean. If possible: Move there!
  3. Stop drinking diet soda! Potential health-issues associated outweigh negative impacts of sugar.
  4. Eat fresh, natural and listen to your body. Avoid artificial flavors tricking you into believing you’re craving products like potato chips.
  5. Allow yourself to sleep when YOU want. Ever hear people state that you’re sleeping too much or should sleep at “normal hours”? There is a reason you want to sleep and a reason you can’t. Allow your body to dictate to you when. In the long run it will work out best. If you have schedules, figure out changes allowing your mind to get rest when needed. Focus long-term and don’t become dependent on pills.
  6. Tell people when you need your space. Unfortunately, with most people you have to be direct. Don’t think not hurting feelings. Far too many crime victims have later stated “I didn’t want to be rude, so I allowed him into my apartment to use the phone”. In a selfish world, you too need to be selfish. Save your love and trust for those who have proven to be worthy. And let nobody drain your energy.
  7. If you are exercising, make it fun. You won’t be happy forcing yourself daily. Set goals. Don’t think about weight and looks. Your inner self is competitive. Going for daily runs? Don’t go too far. Our ancestors didn’t run marathons to hunt down a mammoth. Make it about beating your own times. Even in a gym, make it about setting goals, not in terms of weight and musculature, but how many times you can lift a certain weight.

Now it’s your turn:

Share with other rh negatives what has improved your quality of life. You can do here or on People with Rhesus Negative Bloodtype.
