What do I eat?

I will not advise others what to eat for several reasons. What I will do is tell you what I eat and why. I eat fresh and natural whenever I can get to it. then I listen to my body’s cravings. Mind you, artificial flavors trick us into perceiving something we don’t crave/need to be what we do. So when for example you crave a certain type of potato chips with onion flavor, buy onions for your next dish. You do not crave the chips. If there was no flavor, you wouldn’t wish to eat potatoes.

All man-made food products I avoid if I can, especially carb-loaded ones. Examples: bread, pasta.

Just because bread and pasta are so accepted, doesn’t mean it is good for you. It isn’t food… it’s filler. You can gain 100 pounds while your body is starving as what you consume has calories, but lacks what is essential for you to consume.

Wild game is great, has minerals, vitamins, nutrients not easily replaced by supplements. Who knows what else is in those food items our ancestors consumed plenty of that we ourselves have not been able to discover yet and supplements are lacking.

Overall, domesticated food animals are the degenerate version of their wild ancestors. Chicken is good and high in protein, but Turkey, closer to the wild turkey, is much better for you.

Fish has always been fish and seafood is for me the best. Seafood with lots of greens, maybe some rice, but not too much unless I have burned loads of calories working out or playing sports.
