What else might be more harmful to Rh negatives?

Loud noises

Prolonged exposure to loud noise alters how the brain processes speech, potentially increasing the difficulty in distinguishing speech sounds, according to neuroscientists. Exposure to intensely loud sounds leads to permanent damage of the hair cells, which act as sound receivers in the ear.

Artificial flavors

Your body craves what it needs, but that craving gets distorted when artificial flavors trick you into craving something that has no value. A great example are potato chips. It isn’t the potatoes that you crave, but what the artificial flavors represent. Then, when you go for it and “feed your need”, your body will still crave what it wanted while being overloaded in non-food items.

Canned food

Most food cans are made from aluminum, a metal that has been linked over and over again with neurotoxicity and brain disease, including Alzheimer’s. Cans without BPA coating leave your food exposed to aluminum, and all of the potential health hazards that come with it.

High-voltage electrical fields

Your body is electric, so while EMS is considered pseudoscience, those with understanding tend to be alerted of the negative impact that such high-powered outlets can have.

Polyester/nylon/acrylic clothing

Wear nature on your body. Those sensitive enough often react badly in some fashion to plastic fashion.

Alcohol/nicotine/tobacco/cigarettes

Ridding our bodies of toxins might be harder for Rh negatives, so when I look at new studies showing a much larger effect of cigarettes and a significantly larger effect of alcohol on us, I am not surprised.

Filler, not food

Bread, pasta, noodles, spaghetti, pizza, lasagne: High-carb man-made filler items designed to make your meal cheaper and replace what you need with what you don’t.

Some shampoos/conditioners/body wash

Remember: Your body can absorb chemicals, so if there are harmful ones, it can affect you. In case of doubt, soap might be the answer.

People who demand too much attention

One of the most underrated resources is peace of mind. It allows you to evaluate and decide without pressure. You have a certain amount of energy to spread. If you waste it on the wrong people, you may not have any left for the right people.

Interruptions

Do you like getting phone calls? How about back in the old days when you were not sure who was calling? Are you like me where you don’t like getting calls as most of the time they are interruptions to what your energy is moving towards?

Living a life that’s not your own

R.W. Fassbinder told John Hughes about Angst vor der Angst:

“FEAR OF FEAR isn’t really about mental illness, it’s a film about the ‘normal’ human condition. Mental illness is an essential part of a society like the one we live in. I only show the life of a completely normal person, not an extreme situation. (…) The film shows how someone who tries to lead a life that is alien to himself, alienated from the true self, is inevitably shattered. The life this woman has to lead is not her life. Your unconscious begins to realize that she is leading a life that really has nothing to do with her. This type of ‘sickness’ sets in with anyone who begins to realize that the life they are leading may not be the life they would like to lead, and that most people are simply playing roles in their lives that are not theirs Role is. This is how you get ‘sick’. (…) “

Remember: We don’t need to act as if mental and physical health were not connected.

Toilet paper

Yes, you’ve read me correctly. Think about it. I will not get too detailed, but it doesn’t clean you. You will feel a lot better being clean than being under the illusion of cleanliness, so my advice is as follows: Unless you are in Asia where the water hose and soap are right there, take a shower afterwards.

Baking with aluminum foil

This should be a no-brainer, but it’s been done for so long, grandma couldn’t possibly have been wrong about this… well she was and maybe still is.

Shopping cart handles

This is just one of many examples for things you shouldn’t touch with your bare hands and it’s a major one. If you touch your eyes after an unprotected shopping trip, it is easy to get an eye infection. Look up what has been found in random examinations of shopping cart handles and you will not forget. The same goes for faucet handles and door handles of public restrooms… after you have washed your hands, avoid contact.

Dust

Do you have carpets? Do you clean them regularly? Do you have allergies? What materials are your sofas made of? Think about what you are willing to do to keep your house dust-free and buy accordingly.
